I cancelled my reservations within * hours of having made it online because my husband had also made the same reservation for the same days even as I was making mine! Poor communication on our part. I was notified that my reservation had been cancelled but that they (Agoda) would be charging me the entire fee (over $***). I called Omni Dallas and they informed me that they have a * day cancellation fee. So why is Agoda stealing my money? I can understand a fee of **-*** to cancel, but not $*** plus! This is for the football championship playoff and there are MANY Clemson fans wanting to book the Omni. There will be no problem booking our room again. Please be reasonable so that I do not have to put a bad review on your business.
