Hi, I’m Quyen. I’ve recently made a booking for * nights staying in Phi Phi The Beach Resort, Thailand from *********-*********. My booking ID: *********. However, my travel plan changed so on *********, I cancelled this booking with free of charge (as indicated on a booking itself: free cancellation). But then, on *********, I recieved a phone call from my bank informing me that my credit card had been charged the amount of **** baht Thai which was the exact amount of the cancelled booking. Why??? Can you please check if there is any error in your systems? Why do you charge my card for the booking I’ve already cancelled??? I cannot call to speak to any one of you because there is no phone number that I can contact. I’ve already written to your company and no any response till now. I need my money back!
