I have been charged regularly (from August) for Agoda Budapest. It now is amounting to a few hundred of Euros. I have never been to Budapest so someone in your organisation is using my bank card details fraudulently. There is no booking reference as I never booked any hotel in Budapest so your telephone robot will not allow me to talk to a human representative.*This fraud must be sorted out urgently please provide me witha contact number which takes me through to a human customer service representative.*Ron EAGLE
