The issue in GetHuman-katiehaz's own words
We have * people in our party and were struggling to find somewhere in our price range because there was an extra change for an extra bed. We ended up paying around £** extra for a bed for our third person (we have been travelling for * months now and have never had to do this before). We then arrive at the hotel to find a huge double bed and a huge single bed, enough to sleep a family of four PLUS a camp bed taking up the whole floor (a £** camp bed). We tried to complain to the hotel but there was a language barrier. They removed the bed and we have slept well for * nights without it. We are loyal customers of agoda and can’t believe there is an extra charge when the room was already suitable for * people to stay in. I have pictures of the beds if you would like me to send them. We would like this money refunded immediately.**Many thanks,**Kate
