Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-liztemp a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

Email address on the account, Last 4 digits of the payment card, Phone number on the booking, and Booking ID

This morning I booked on Agoda.com *Bangkok*chik&cool studio apartment for Feb*I guess their site was preset for non refundable.*After I booked and received their confirmation email. It said non refundable.*Immediate within minutes I emailed Agaoda I send chat message to agoda *after their response was just confirming my booking*Nothing rectifying my concerns.*Then I sent an email to the owner Ms Joy *Instead of addressing my concerns *She sends me a welcome email with the directions to her apartment *Please travel consumer protection reprimand agoda and the owner Joy*And kindly resolve my issue*Thanks.*Elizabeth******@***.com
