The issue in GetHuman-ummattaq's own words
Booking ID ********* and ID ********* at BEST WESTERN JEJU.. **I was told through your email sent to me on **th November that this booking is cancelled due to payment didn't get through.. I was forgot to pay via the link given so when i did, i was told that it has been cancelled.**So i made another booking at the same hotel, Best Western Jeju but with different date and types of beds. I paid directly via Maybank*u because i don't want this cancellation happen again on **th because my trip to Jeju is on **th. When i arrived at the hotel, i was told by them that i have * reservations. Why this kind of thing happened? Because i didn't get any email or notification from you to tell me that my payment is already get through. Why?????**Do you know that i have to make another reservation and surprisingly when i knew that i had * reservations, i checked my bank statement, the payment was made on **th November because the card has charged me for the booking. I didn't know about this until the hotel told me. It's so confusing.. The bank already charged me with both reservations.. Because of you didn't update me on my first reservation, I have to pay extra rm****.** and I was trying to contact agoda regarding this issue through email but didn't get reply..
