sorry I’m reallyyyyy sorry . I’ve booked a hotel in Seoul ,booking ID :********* issued card number last *digit:**** *The hotel name is hotel PJ myeongdong room type is standard twin with Balcony in **rd-**th December and that is non refundable **Just now my passport holder and wallet is being stolen I’m a hongkonger but currently a student in UK my wallet included my HKID and brp card which is a UK resident card , so I’m not supposed to leave UK without the brp or I’ll not be able to step into London anymore .Therefore I’m force to cancel the trip to Seoul. Since there’s still **days apart can I please request the refund ******I’m reallyyyyyyy realllyyyyyyyyy sorryyyyyyyyyy********and Thankyou!!!! Please accept my request! Thankyou so soooooooooo much
