Hi, I did book a one night stay via agoda.com yesterday and just knew today that I got charged twice today* it means there * charges did show up on my account statement that I asked my bank to print out for me. For some reason, I couldn’t send the attachment on this email link you provided. Now, my question is* when will the * remaining charges will go back to my Visa debit? As I could recall I encountered an error when I first made an attempt to pay the booking but I was not able to capture it. The second time I tried to pay the hotel, it went through. But how come you charged me thrice? My local bank (Unionbank Ph) informed me that there’s nothing they could do at the moment, unless I would be able hear a word from you. Otherwise, we’ll submit a dispute. Hopefully, the money that was taken from my account (* charges of Php, *,***) will be reverted asap. Look forward to your response and quick assistance.
