Hi I have just made a booking on Agoda, my booking ID is ********* * *********. Agoda has charged me twice for this booking as I only need a room on the **th of december. It is mainly because during my first booking, after i entered my bank details, it didnt went through, it was unsuccessful and stated web has expired hence i refresh the page and re-filled up the details and made the payment again, only until i check my email i noticed there is two booking. please cancel one of the duplicate booking and refund it back as it is due to system error during the booking process. Please advise thank you!
