Hi.. i have booked a room at grand central hotel in singapore, starting from **th dec to **th dec.. the booking ID is *********..**The problem is just now my husband made the same booking on the same date at the same hotel under the name Setiawan Yugi.. to be honest, we both have forgotten that ive made the booking before.. i have made a big mistake.. he blame and mad at me.. and * minutes after he made the payment, he cancelled the booking, hoping its refundable.**So, the question is, is it possible if the payment is refundable?
