Good Morning,**I am contacting you on behalf of a guest of yours that checked out of two rooms on *****. The reservation was under the name Penny Shaw and the travel ID is *********. Upon checkout she stated that she had already prepaid for both reservations and showed a receipt on her phone, but there was no record of payment on her reservation in our system. As a result we had to charge this guest upon checkout, since we had no record of payment on our end. **Most third party reservations we have in our system are paid with a virtual credit card that is already on file with the reservation. Is there a virtual card that you can send me for payment for these two reservations? Or was it not prepaid.
