Dear Sir,**I noticed that I have a problem with the use of a credit card in connection with the hotel reservations through Agoda in the Hotel Grand Puri Suites Jakarta on November **-** ****. Indeed I ordered it, but there is a problem with the internet so the booking didn't get finished. I asked to the hotel, they said that the reservation was not completed and no notification to them of Agoda and also there is no notice to me of Agoda, in the end I got no service.**I was very surprised to see that my credit card has been charged.
