Hi I have just made a booking for * double room *******-*******. ID********* I booked Brittania Le*ds*Bradford & paid £**.**. But when my confirmation come through it says we are booked in at Leeds Brittanina? Which is not the correct Hotel we are horrified please would you place the booking to the Le*ds*Bradford Hotel it is still available and cannot understand how this has happened.
