Hello. In May, I had booked * bedrooms for * nights at Daiwa Roynet Hotel Hakata Gion from Nov **-**, but i believed I had cancelled it. My booking no is *********.*Recently I am charged with HK$*****, and I just realised today that Agoda has charged me for the hotel I haven't stayed and checked in during that period because i thought i had cancelled the booking successfully in May.*Utterly shocked, may I know what I could do next? It is a lot of money to me, and i intended to help my friends to book at the beginning, but truly believed that it was cancelled.*Your assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks a lot!
