My girlfriend booked a room for our one night stay on ** Dec ****-** Jan **** at Radisson Blu Cebu City Philippines, Booking ID *********. We received a confirmation of the booking at **:** last night after giving out her credit card details. To her surprise at *:** am this morning she received a notice confirming the cancellation of the booking when she never cancelled it. She is worried that she will be charged the cost of the room because the reservation has a no refund clause when cancelled. How could this happen, is your website secure? She wonders how could Agoda say that "Thank you for using Agoda Self Service to cancel your booking" when she never again visited your site after receiving the booking confirmation last night**We want that the reservation is re-instated at no extra cost to us.
