Book for a stay in KSL hot spring resort for a family of * specifically requested for a family room and indicated age of two children ** and **. Upon checked in , was informed it’s a delux room and no extra bed * natttess for children . Ended up need to sleep on floor! How could this happened?*Hotel said it’s not their fault , or is it Agoda purposeful misleading advertisement trying to lure people to book for the special rate room? Please clarify
