Hi Agoda!**I booked last Nov **,**** for my friend's travel but it is payable thru my credit card. But agoda's reply is that we must ensure that the card holder is at the resort at the time of check in and if not we must contact your customer service. **The booking is exclusive for the couple and i am not going with them because this is a wedding gift.**My question is how am i supposed to do with this? Can you help us? **Thanks in advance.
