I have paid for my booking and money has been deducted from my account. The verification of my payment also has been emailed to me by molpay. However agoda states the payment couldnt be tracked. Hence, my booking has been cancelled. Agoda has emailed me giving me few solution, however there were no feedback given after I have selected one of the solution stated. Please do solve this matter as soon as possible. If possible do reinstate my booking. That would help a lot. Tq
