Ref my Booking ID: *********.*My above booking has been cancelled inside the cancellation policy time stated.**One month passed. Sent *** of emails. I feel ashamed myself for such a long follow up for getting my small amount. Booking.com or Hotel.com, never charged me on my debit card ever, and I paid all the hotel amount directly to the hotel at the time of check-in. This was the practice with agoda also for my past few years. I don't know, why and how agoda debited my bank account well in advance before my check-in date.
