Adjani Hotel processed my payment ($*** something) for "superior room" Nov ** to Nov ** (checkout) Upon showing a booking number ********** pin code **** the page suddenly disappeared. More than ** hours later I have not received email confirmation for me to print as is standard practice in booking online. NOT SENDIGN ANY EMAIL or any explanation is HIGHLY IRREGULAR. I was forced to cancel my whole trip to India. This is their fault so will you please help me cancel my booking with Adjani and get a refund. e new bookings with another hotel. Adjani does not even have a mechanism for cancellation or modification in their website so a customer like me is left on a limb. I saw a telephone number but it is not working. Please HELP.
