Dear Agoda*Person incharge**I have a hotel booking with a romantic planning for a holiday at KL. Unfortunately I notice the date is wrong after my booking, I intended to change the date but I accidentally press on cancel and I didn’t notice of the cancellation rules. I though I can have refund a rebook again. **I am so sorry for this mistake, I Appreciate if you can help to waive the fee and do a refund.
