Hi, i have sent several messages but have not received a reply. I am unhappy with Astors Belgravia where i booked from Octber **- November *. **I barely slept last night. The room given to me was creepy, the a*c was noisy, there was a creaking sound all night. This morning i saw the dining area was a mess. **A few disgruntled guests were complaining at the reception at the same time i was requesting to change rooms. **I was given a slightly better room but all in all the hotel is not pleasant. The bed is lumpy, the wall paper is torn in places. It is quite miserable. **So i checked my booking and it looks like the * nights have been charged against my credit card. My question is- if i check out tomorrow, which i really want to do, will Agoda refund me for the * nights that i won’t stay in Astors Belgravia?**Please please reply ASAP.
