Hi Agoda, i have make an error booking on *th to *th Dec and it charged me RM***.**, actually i would like to make them on *th to *th Nov instead. So i change the date and it charged me another RM***.** based on my credit caal and this charges is not resonable at all. if i would like to cancel the booking, can i get back the refund?
