I made a booking on booking.com (booking basic) which was through agoda. The property was advertised as a double but when I got there it was a dormitory.**Having spoken to your colleague he agreed to refund my the full cost plus some towards my new hotel. However I have only received half the agreed refund amount. I have currently been sat on hold for ** mins waiting to speak to someone. I would like someone to call me as this is a complex enquiry which I have already spent hours going over!
