We have made a hotel booking at Kodaikanal for the *th November till *th November **** and we had not paid for the same. When booking we have provided the contact no. *** ********** and mail id *****@***.com. When entering details the mail id was typed as *****@***.com. Hence we have not received the booking coniformation aswell. The payment for the this booking has debited my card also. Now I want to cancel thiss booking. Hence please help in this regards at the earliest
