Concerning my reservation number *********, upon showing at the hotel last night around midnight ) they told me my reservation was for October **-**, upon learning there was a mistake made on the reservation I told them to cancel since I am not going to be in Macao that date* here soles the second mistake, I needed a place to sleep and I immediately went to your website and try to find a hotel I could sleep for the night, I found hoy tong hotel, I made a reservation for what I believed to be that night( **-**) confirmation *********, a few minutes later I showed up at the hotel and the front desk clerk told me they had no room for the night and when I presented the booking confirmation he told me it was not for the night I intended but for the next night, I told him I clearly made a mistake due to the circumstances and I needed to cancel the booking, he told me to contact you to officially cancel and have the cost refunded. I will be using your company in the near future as I am taking a long tour of Asia and I would like to either receive a refund directly to my credit card or have a refund credited to my Agoda account.
