Agoda's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-tonylazi a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-tonylazi's own words
We arrived at the hotel to check-in and was informed that the the deluxe queen room we had booked for the Allure Hotel, International Drive was not available as there was an issue with flooding and our room had been given to another guest. We were offered a room at the Metropolitan Resort next door and given the opportunity to view the room however it was totally unacceptable and most definitely NOT a deluxe room. The rooms were dirty small and did not provide the facilities we had paid for. There were in fact * other couples at the reception desk complaining about the terrible state of their rooms and service. The hotel offered a refund but said we would need to contact you to claim this back as you paid them not us directly. All in all a totally disappointing experience which ruined my husband's **th birthday.
