My Citibank Visa was fraudulently used by an unknown person at *:** AM on Oct. **, ****, Philippine time for an AGODA transaction. The approval code was ****** and the amount charged was *****.**. This has been reported to Citibank Philippines and the card has been blocked. We would like to know the identity of the person who made the booking and the transaction. Please block the transaction from going through. Please inform me about the identity of the person as soon as possible, as he or she is still continuing with his or her attempts to use the card with other merchants. Thank you.
