Hello, yesterday I made a reservation through Agoda at Palace of the Golden Horses Hotel. I was expected to arrive early morning, so I made a special request for early checkin. I understand it is subject to availability, but what really frustrates me was the rude receptionist who scoff and was talking in this condescending tone. I understand this is the property’s management issue. Going back to the problem, I was told that I have to wait until *pm for checkin as it is the hotel’s policy, and so I agreed to wait and left my phone number. Then I left the premise to find a place to rest temporarily before we check into our room. However I didnt get any call from the receptionist. I know it could have just been me going to the counter and ask for the key, but as a customer I would appreciate a fair treatment, warmth and politeness. I would like to know if I could reimburse the booking I made as I didnt even checkin, for your reference Agoda Booking ID *********. I hope this will not happen again in the future.
