We have booked a hotel with full payment, LE SOLEIL BORACAY, through Agoda on Nov **-**, ****. On these dates, boracay is already opened. However, the hotel was not able to comply to the requirements of the Department of Tourism so we were advised to cancell our booking. Upon cancellation of our booking through agoda, we found out that our booking was non-refundable. This is not our fault. How can we refund our payment. We paid ***.**EURO, it's a lot.
