I purchased a hotel room and then needed to cancel the booking ** min later. I called Agoda and asked if it's possible to cancel and get a refund. They told me that they would call the property to ask. The next thing I see is that my booking was cancelled. However, I haven't received a refund on my credit card and part of the email said something about the cancelation fee evening the same amount as the cost of the hotel! So now I've basically paid of the hotel booking but the booking is now cancelled. I would rather keep the booking if I'm going to be charged the full price of the hotel anyway!!
GetHuman-mjburke did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
