The issue in GetHuman-rodranso's own words
I fully paid for this hotel reservation on **th June **** with Agoda Booking ID *********, Booking Ref ******** Client Rod Ransom Member ID ********, UK detail Econo Lodge *** Northfield Street, Montpelier VT USA ****. I have written confirmation from Agoda dated **th June **** that cost GB£***.** was paid in full which I showed to the Econo Lodge receptionist upon arrival on Saturday **th October. However, a further credit card payment from Econo Lodge source amount US***.** has arrived for payment dated **th October ****. Please can you resolve this with your hotel and refund this amount to my credit card account. Please confirm your actions by email. Thank you.
