Hello, I made a reservation yesterday but I accidently bought three rooms instead of one and I panicked and cancelled the reservation. So I talked to the hotel about it and they said that they are willing to refund two rooms but I want the other room. Can you arrange something, I’ll be so thankfull because I can’t amount another room If you can’t reserve me the room I cancelled and my vacation plans will be destroyed. Thank you for your understanding
