My flight was deleted on September ** (supposed to arrive in Bali on September **) because of a tiphon (hurricane) in Hong-kong, where I was suppose to have a flight transfert. I whrote to you on September ** to tell you that I will arrive one day later (September **) at the hotel and I did not have an answer. I would like to have a refund for the * nights, ***,**$. When I arrive at the Fox Harris Hotel in Jimbaran Bali on September **, after around ** hours of transport (I'm from Canada, Qu*bec City), they told me that all my reservation was cancelled and the hotel was full occupied, I can't stay there. I need to find an other hotel. I was really desapointed because I whrote to you to tell you before.
