Good afternoon, **I am Trisha, a loyal customer of Agoda for years now. Recently, I booked for Cityroomz Edinburgh and was really looking forward to go there for my birthday trip with my boyfriend on the **th to **th of next month. **I read online reviews recently that their hotel has been pestered by mice and I really have a huge phobia on any insects most especially mice. Some travelers even posted on instagram of the picture of a rodent hiding under the bed and I don’t think I can take it. **I immediately messaged Cityroomz Edinburgh to ask about the incident but their employee Linda, respectfully told me to cancel my booking as the payment did not go through yet. **I canceled my booking with them and I understand your policy of the non refundable agreement. Is it possible if I book another hotel still in Agoda and just pay additional pounds if ever my booking would be more expensive that *** which was credited in my account? **Thank you so much. As much as I understand your policy, I hope you understand as well how scared I am hence the cancellation.
