Agoda cancelled our booking without our request, we were not informed that the booking was through booking.com and it said that we would pay on arrival. Now our booking was cancelled because there wasn't enough money on my credit card and we have lost our booking. I am so upset, it is non-refundable and NONE OF THIS WAS MENTIONED TO US. Call me on **** *** **** ASAP or email B*****@***.com
