I have made a booking from agoda for my trip to bangkok on **** to **** under berkeley hotel pratunam. I did not receive any confirmation but yet there was a charge from my Citi bank credit card amount of S$***.** reservation done through agoda, received at * plus in the morning which I was still sleeping. I was very worried someone had forged my card to make booking. I remember the day when i reserved , there was not confirmation booking and the charges is only about *** plus for * days * night stay. Appreciate if you could check and reply to my email and advice what happen to my booking by today. Otherwise, I will just proceed to make a police report for such issue. Thank you Janice Ang . URGENT!
