Dear Agoda team, I have been attempting to reach out to the General Line without success. I represent the Event Management & Production Association and I am seeking to connect with the individual responsible for marketing and events. We are interested in a potential partnership and collaboration for the Do-It, Extra Income Expo. This event will feature various brands in asset management, like AirBnB, Expedia, TripAdvisor, and others across industries. By participating, Agoda can boost property/vacation rental listings and offer additional income opportunities to the public. The expo will kick off with a series of roadshows in 6 states, commencing on January 5th & 6th, [redacted], in Selangor at the Shah Alam Convention Centre. Kindly respond promptly to discuss this opportunity. You can reach me at +6[redacted]. I look forward to hearing a positive response from the Agoda team soon.

I made a booking at CityInn Hotel III for December 20-25, [redacted]. I reserved 2 elite rooms under the name Dr. Cecilia Jovette Puerta using booking number [redacted] on September 27, [redacted]. However, I did not receive a booking confirmation even after 1 hour. After checking with my bank, I discovered that the booking was charged to my credit card. I have contacted agoda five times via email but received no response. The hotel also confirmed that there was no booking under my name. After contacting the company through live chat, I was informed there was a system error and no booking was made. Despite the initial assurance that no charges would be made, the previous transaction on September 27 was indeed charged to my credit card by BPI Philippines. I am requesting a refund promptly to avoid further inconvenience.

I have already made a booking for a room only to discover that the same room is available at a lower price on another account. Additionally, I have come across better rooms in the same area for a more affordable price, prompting me to change my booking to just one night. However, the cancellation policy is quite strict, charging for the first night. My booking reference is [redacted]33. I kindly request a refund of 50% of my booking fees due to the high property price relative to its location or a complete waiver of the cancellation charges to allow me to book elsewhere. We are traveling as a couple and are looking forward to a stress-free vacation. I hope to receive a solution to this matter from your team soon.

Booking number [redacted]42. On April 24, [redacted], I accidentally booked a room in Manila and tried to cancel within minutes of booking. Due to no phone service, I sent two emails to Agoda to cancel. Shortly after, I contacted American Express and they assured me they would handle it. I then noticed "CANCEL BOOKING" on an invoice, confirming my cancellation. I provided all documents to American Express and Agoda. I kindly request a review to remove the charge on my card. Sincerely, Glen Edgecomb

I made a reservation at Hotel Savera in Chennai on October 4th, [redacted], for an executive suite at a total cost of RM282. I paid online for the reservation. Upon checking in today, I was disappointed to find the room to be small, claustrophobic, and in poor condition. The room, located in the old wing, had improper lighting with fused lights that did not work, making the room dark. The shower was not hot, and the maintenance was lacking. The TV remote was not functioning correctly. When I requested a room change to the new wing, I was informed it was overbooked, and some guests were relocated to nearby hotels due to this issue. I also have a booking for tomorrow that I would like to cancel. I am dissatisfied with Agoda's high rating for this hotel, as it is worse than a 3-star establishment. Please adjust the rating accordingly. My booking details are as follows: - October 4th: ID [redacted]73 - Booking reference: [redacted]60 - Payment made by Citibank credit card under the name Vilasini.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms through Agoda with 1 booking ID. I need to shorten the stay for one of the rooms, but if I change the date on "manage my booking," it affects both rooms. I am concerned about being charged for a room I won't be using. Unfortunately, there is no option on Agoda's site to address my situation, and I cannot find a contact number for assistance. I have already emailed Agoda about the changes, but I have not received any confirmation yet. The property informed me that I have to go through Agoda since that was the booking channel used. The deadline for free cancellation is approaching on 7/10/18. I am hoping for a helpful and prompt response.

Dear all, Booking number: [redacted]13 I am a frequent customer of Agoda and rely on the information provided online when booking hotels. However, my recent experience has left me frustrated. The room I booked was advertised to include a safety box, but upon arrival, the entire hotel did not have one. The hotel claims it's Agoda's responsibility for accurate information, and they cannot assist. I hope for a prompt response and a partial refund. It's crucial to update the hotel information online, as I cannot be the only one facing this issue. Thank you. Yours sincerely, W.R.

Hello, I am writing from the Philippines. Today, when I checked my credit card statement, I discovered unauthorized charges on a transaction from September 30, [redacted] (posted on October 2, [redacted]). I did not make any bookings or transactions with Agoda online on that date. I have contacted my bank, who has now blocked the card, but I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue as I am unable to pay the amount of Php 17,[redacted].85 that was charged by Agoda Makati City PH. I hope this email reaches the appropriate department to address this matter. Sincerely, Edna Anbu Selvan

Hello, good morning. I kindly request a refund for my cancelled booking that was scheduled from October 6th to October 8th, [redacted]. I did not receive a TAC number on my phone, and the money was deducted from my card. I realized the double booking mistake and cancelled within half an hour of making the reservation. Upon receiving the cancellation email from Agoda, I saw the amount was already deducted. The deducted amount is significant, and as a returning customer, I am concerned about this issue. I will also inform Maybank about this incident. It is unclear how the money was deducted without the TAC number. Please contact me via email or phone at [redacted]. Thank you.

We had planned a 4-day business trip to Delhi and made a reservation at Hotel Ajanta through Agoda. Despite booking a Deluxe Room with a size of [redacted] sqft as advertised on Agoda, we were given a Standard Room of only [redacted] sqft upon arrival. The hotel receptionist insisted it was Agoda's mistake, not theirs, and mentioned we should not have booked online. After speaking with the GM, who was not forthcoming with his name, we were left with no assistance except to contact the Agoda helpline for cancellation. Despite paying nearly 10K INR in advance, the cancellation policy proved complicated. We felt let down by both Agoda and Hotel Ajanta, Paharganj, Delhi, as there was no proper support available through the helpline or on-site. The situation only improved slightly the next day when the hotel relocated us to a slightly larger room. This whole experience left me feeling disappointed with Agoda and their associated hotel.

Hello, I have been receiving discount vouchers from you for the past few weeks. Now, I am interested in booking a 7-night stay at Vogue Hotel Bodrum in Turkey. I have noticed that your website's price is higher compared to Booking.com where they offer a "Superior Sea View Room" for $[redacted] with a furnished balcony and all-inclusive package. As per your price match policy, could you please match this price and also provide me with a discount voucher of $[redacted] or 5% off? I would appreciate it if you could send me a reference number with the matched price and room description so I can proceed with my booking. Thank you. My name is Mohamed E. and I am a regular customer. You can reach me at [redacted]

I would appreciate it if you could verify this price match and get back to me promptly. You also mentioned a $[redacted] discount which I am interested in availing. Hello, I would like to address an issue I experienced during my recent stay booked through Agoda. My booking code is [redacted]53. I had a two-night stay split between two different resorts. Upon arrival at Green Forest Resort for the second night, I encountered a problem. Despite making the payment, I waited at the reception for four hours without receiving a booking confirmation. Despite my attempts to contact Agoda, I was left stranded. After getting in touch with Mr. Wilfredo from a Hong Kong number, some progress was made. I was initially promised a cottage with two rooms, which was later changed to an upgraded single room. This led to my guests and I being separated in different areas, causing considerable inconvenience and frustration. Although Mr. Wilfredo committed to a full refund along with a 10% discount, I have only received the discount so far. I have sent a voice recording via email to support my claim, but my concerns have been ignored. As a loyal customer of Agoda, this experience has left me extremely disappointed and dissatisfied. I kindly request a resolution to this matter and hope for a prompt response to my emails. Thank you for your attention.

Subject: Unpleasant Experience with Booking at Hotel Mamta Palace Dear Agoda Customer Service, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding a recent booking experience at Hotel Mamta Palace in Mount Abu with Booking ID #[redacted]53. On 2/10/[redacted], I made an online reservation through Agoda.com and completed the payment. However, upon my arrival on 03/10/[redacted] with my family, I discovered that access to Mount Abu was restricted due to regional issues. Despite contacting Hotel Mamta for assistance, they directed me to reach out to Agoda for any necessary support or refunds. This situation caused inconvenience, additional expenses for alternative accommodation, and disrupted our planned family outing. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused by the lack of information and assistance. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated. Best regards, Kanaiya P.

We recently made a hotel reservation on Agoda.com, a first for us. Unfortunately, we've encountered some issues with their service. We are looking to modify our booking and receive a refund for the remaining days. Our original reservation was from October 7th to October 12th, and we now require it to be changed to October 9th to October 11th. Upon contacting the hotel directly, they mentioned canceling our booking despite our prepayment. This has left us in need of urgent assistance. We've been attempting to reach out to customer service via phone without success, enduring long wait times. It's vital for us to address this problem promptly to ensure future business relations. Kindly contact us at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I made a reservation with booking number [redacted]1, but I received an email saying that my card was canceled, so I assumed my booking was canceled too. I then went ahead and made another reservation for a room. When I contacted the hotel, they informed me that I had 2 bookings, so I asked them to cancel one as I only needed one room. They confirmed the cancellation. Upon my arrival at the hotel for check-in, the receptionist mentioned that I still had 2 bookings. I explained the situation, and they mistakenly canceled the wrong booking. I paid in cash for the one room I required. Now, I have received an email from Agoda asking for my card details for the room where the payment is pending. I am unsure what to do, as I should not be charged for a booking that has already been canceled. Any guidance on how to proceed would be appreciated.

I made a booking at Excelsior Hotel Ipoh with Booking ID [redacted]13. After feeling overcharged, I chose to cancel it. The cancellation was confirmed but no refund was issued. I now request to reinstate my booking due to the lack of a refund. Please provide me with a new confirmation number as I intend to pursue this matter. I am disappointed with Agoda's refund policy but still want my original booking to be reinstated. -- Lawrence Ang

I booked a trip to Bangkok from 3/11 to 6/11 through Agoda at the Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. I noticed a charge of S$[redacted].36 from my Citi Bank credit card for the reservation, which was made around 3 a.m. I am concerned someone might have used my card without my authorization. When I made the reservation, I didn't receive a confirmation, and the expected charge should have been around $[redacted] for a 3-day, 2-night stay. I am awaiting a response to my email to clarify this situation promptly. Otherwise, I will have to consider filing a police report. Thank you, Janice A. This is urgent.

Good afternoon, I am Trisha, a long-time customer of Agoda. I recently made a reservation at Cityroomz Edinburgh for a birthday trip with my boyfriend from the 25th to the 28th of next month. However, after reading online reviews about mice issues at the hotel, I decided to cancel due to my strong phobia of rodents. After contacting Cityroomz Edinburgh, I was informed by their employee, Linda, that my payment had not been processed, allowing for the cancellation. I respect the non-refundable policy but hope to book another Agoda hotel and make up the price difference if it exceeds the £[redacted] already credited to my account. Thank you for your understanding. I have already booked my flight and prefer to arrange my accommodations through Agoda. I appreciate any advice you can provide. Sincerely, Trisha D.
