Dear Agoda,**Hi I'm trying to write about refund regarding my visit during Sep **(sun) to Oct **(Mon) in Okinawa, Japan.**My booking ID is *********, hotel is Hotel Sunset Terrace.**Because of the typhoon, the hotel was black out and couldn't use the hotel.*I have spoke to the hotel and they said due to climate disaster, the hotel would take the full refund. They said if I cancel my booking the hotel would take full refund.**However, I tried to cancel my booking but the booking that I did was non-refundable booking.*So Agoda(App) told me to contact the customer service.*I tried to call the customer service, but due to some technical difficulty I couldn't reach the customer service in Korea.**Now I am back to my country and try to get a refund, but the self customer service tells me that since the time has past, I should contact through email at Agoda.**Please let me know how I can get the full-refund.**Thank you**Kim Hyun Jun****-**-****-****
