I don't understand, and again, no phone number given that works. All I am asking you for is your international PHONE NUMBER WHICH WORKS from Canada, so I can phone to finally get this cancellation do... ... LISTEN UP, AGODA PEOPLE! I booked JK Family Hotel in Kyoto Japan with you for ***** November **** over * weeks ago, but never got confirmation by email. You promised to reply soon, but took A WEEK to email back, after my second email in which I asked for a full cancellation refund & you claimed you had never received a confirmation from me in the first place. Your email claimed AGORA had no record of my booking -YET my VISA shows you charged my VISA account on ** Sept. for $***.**. You then emailed I should send a confirmation * to follow up my cancellation request, but as you NEVER SENT me a confirmation * I don't have a bleeding number to die you, do I? I keep going round in circles with your stupid web page menu which avoids giving a working phone number to contact you. Today I waste more of my time trying * phone numbers for AGODA on Internet but NOT ONE of them works - one reply was a torrent of Italian. So, AGODA people, You have taken my money, did not send a confirmation, are unreachable by phone and are wasting a lot of my time. ARE YOU A LEGITIMATE REGISTERED BUSINESS, or COMPLETE SCAM OUTFIT? I have contacted VISA about you and will be telling everyone about my bad experience, and I WANT MY MONEY BACK asap. Agoda's lack of clarity and efficiency as business *****. This is the first time I have booked anything with Agoda and will be the last. NONE of the other booking companies I have used for years, like Expedia.com has EVER given me this trouble in getting a booking cancelled promptly, by phone or by email.
Send me your customer service phone number, the one used by AGODA to cancel a booking, in you next email, and WITHOUT any codes or boxes to fill in to get access to it - just send me the number - or else cancel my booking by email and confirm.
