Hi I have made a hotel booking yesterday via Agoda.com & booking id is *********. At the time of booking i had mentioned for * Rooms for * Adults & * kids bit on the voucher issued it is showing * Rooms for * Adults & * kids. It might have happened due to some wrong click as well.*Now my Credit card is also charged by the hotel. I have tried speaking to your call center but after putting my details i was not connected to some one. I need these details to be updated in booking on priority under a confirmation mail.* *I am from India & this is my first booking from Agoda & i expect the required support in my booking, Hope to see a positive revert on top priority.
