I have been.debited in my BDO account when I booked today, September **, around *:**-*:** p.m. Philippine Time for a Nov. *-*,**** Deluxe king room.at Summit Ridge Hotel Tagaytay. Agoda replied with session expired yet they charged me with Php*,***.**. I didnt receive any email from Agoda and upon checking with the hotel I was not yet booked. Please do something about it. I want either a refund, or just make sure the hotel is booked under my name: Christine Evert Carpio
