The issue in GetHuman-maeyap's own words
Dear Services, I received an email said that your property cant receive my payment, yet i noticed its already gone through. Can you please ket me know what's happening? URGENT!!!**The email i received as below:-**Dear SIEW MEI YAP,*Booking ID:***********Hotel Name:*Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran*Although the payment for this booking will be made at the property, a credit card is still required to secure the reservation.**The credit card you provided during booking could not be processed by Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran. Use the button below to go to the payment page to provide another card.**Your reservation at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran will remain active for another ** hours.**If a valid card is not provided within that time, the booking will be cancelled and you will receive a cancellation email.**The property may charge your card in the case of a no-show, late cancellation, or prepayment as agreed in the booking conditions.
