Help with my Agoda issue

I tried all day to contact you people about charging my card and super * had no reservation from you so I had to pay cash and also you charged me more then the motel did without a reservation.i l have two kids and a wife to support and we are living from motel to motel that money was the last of my paycheck you took it fast now I would like it back fast you people have really caused my family a big problem
GetHuman-hannabal did not yet indicate what Agoda should do to make this right.
