Still waiting to hear from someone to have the accomodation cancelled and a refund issued. I'm disgusted at how long and how hard it is to contact Agoda very frustrating and by the time this is sorted out Agoda will be coming back to tell me its all too late !! I have since checked out the reviews for Fitroy Hotel and nothing good is said about this Hotel which is why we moved on it was so bad we couldn't stay. The boys staying we contractors from our company. I thought try Agoda instead of booking.com ?????

Cancel and refund of Accommodation ... I am trying to speak to somebody to help with our enquiry. We had a live chat someone yesterday and then rang us regarding our cancellation for a Hotel that was an absolute disgrace !**He said he was ringing the Hotel and would call me back. I haven’t heard a thing. I would appreciate a call to advise what is happening with the cancellation as we have paid for another * nights ! This is our first time using Agoda ! I expected to be able to contact someone than get the run around all over your site to end up in the same dam place not being able to contact anyone. It does not recoginise logins, usernames, passwords nor the booking number or last * digits of payment
If I could actual contact you I would. Some how * days (Monday) ago I had a online chat and someone rang us and said they were ringing the hotel and would ring us back in a couple of hours. Still waiting and no idea how to go online for chat again !!
