Hi. This is Joana, I would to confirm regarding my booking last September **, ****. For my first (room) booking Agoda charge the amount of **,***.** and for the second room booking charge amount to **,***.** as per the confirmation it says "you choose to pay the property directly . Agoda will not charge your credit card". How ever we notice that the amount of **,***.** was charge on our account. For your reference here is the booking ID: ********* and ID* *********. Thank you.
