Hello!**I had a booking via Agoda, ID ********* in September. When we arrived at location, there was nobody in and doors was closed* the provided contact number was incorrect. After more than hour waiting at doors I get in touch with Agoda customer service, which checked and wasn't able to find any other valid contact details (I spent nearly one more hour during this call). As we had plans for evening and kids were wet and cold on the street, we weren't able to wait any longer, and customer service offered as refund * credit voucher as token of apology. We booked another hotel elsewhere. After return home I noticed that I have received an Agoda credit voucher, but haven't received refund, which was my only and main request. Despite the issue in my profile this booking shows as 'complete' and when I'm calling to customer service, after the entering of the booking ID I'm asked to send message via site. I have emailed few times, but still haven't received any reply.**Can you, please, sort this out ASAP and refund me money paid for this booking?
