THEY SAID WE THOUGHT YOU HAD DOUBLE BOOKED.GAVE ME THE ROOMS.I WILL GIVE YOU ONE OF MY BOOKING ID ********* LEFT ON THE * SEPT WITH MY WIFE AND STEP DAUGTHER ALL OK.HAD TO SHOW MY VISA CARD.WHEN I FIRST GOT THERE ON ** AUG ***LOOKED AT MY OUTGOINGS ON INTERNET BANKING NANA HOTEL HAD TAKEN £***.**P FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT ON ** SEPT ****.CAN YOU CHASE THEM UP ABOUT THIS MONEY.AS I HAVE ALREADY PAID INFULL YOURSELF FOR * ROOMS.SOMEONE AS MADE A BIG COCKUP.CAN YOU GET BACK TO ME WHEN YOU HAVE RESOLVED THIS ISSUE WITH THE NANA HOTEL.*PETER SMITH *I HAVE BEEN A GOOD CUSTOMER OF YOURS FOR MENEY*YEARS
