I had a complaint regarding a booking ********* the property was booked by me through agoda on **th September **** for * nights (**.*.**-**.*.**) and i was coming from ibiza and my flight got delayed so I reached around *am in the night and when i reached at the property there was no one present and i also called on the number mentioned on the door and she said she doesn’t have any booking and she did not listed this property with agoda as she did not have availability for those dates but still my credit card was charged for *** euros and i had to go back to the airport by taxi which charged me ** euros and i had to spend the night there as there was no availability anywhere in any hotels so I would like my refund back as soon as possible
