Hi. *Today we checked out from booking with the ID *********. Unfortunately we have to say that we are really not happy about our stay. The main thing is that the Homestay advertises itself with a pool which doesn’t exists - it’s from another hotel about ***m away from the Homestay. Additional there s a picture of a rooftop area which existed but it seemed more like a dirty area from the hotel for private use and not a guest area.**Second the room especially the bathroom was dirty. We asked about a new clean up but they only made the bed new. *The ac started dropping at night in on my face and in the night there Was a gecko walking over my girlfriends face. **At the checkout we asked about a price reduction and she answered that she can’t make such an offer because we booked via agoda. *That’s why I’m contacting you and hope for a solution maybe a credit account or a voucher. **I would be happy to receive an answer from you soon.
